Welcome to my Fine Painting blog.
It is updated on a regular basis with the latest works I have painted. I try to produce one painting a week, although time is not always in my favor and pushing against my endeavors. 
My subjects vary from sports to nature and daily beauty and each time the painting challenges me to a next level and is part of a long learning process which I sincerely enjoy.
I have a particular weekness for Saint Tropez, in the South of France and so, you will come across quite a few paintings about this wonderful place (Les Voiles de St. Tropez and la Place des Lices for example).

 

My paintings are for sale. I release the paintings when I am absolutely happy with them & I hope that my paintings will thrill you and will contribute to your refined interior.

Two for the Road... (Et si on partait…?).

A fine British sports car. MG 1961 Mark II MGA is the official name…

Of course a 2 seater (dogs allowed on special permission).

Smooth cruising with a 1600 cc engine. The dog is Canadian, steering wheel on the left.

8,198 Mark II roadsters were built during 1961-1962.

An early morning at the Place des Lyces in Saint Tropez during the month of August. People are taking breakfast in the 'Cafe des Arts' and a few people are playing 'Petanque' on the square. In the high season the square will soon be full of tourists from 10 AM. Local market on saturday and tuesday.

En me promenant à Bruxelles, j’ai remarqué cette étalage et les reflets et réflexions dans la fenêtre. Une image presque abstraite avec une belle réflexion sur la vie… donc voici mon interprétation de ces réflexions…

Senequier, St. Tropez

Last week I finished a painting I started a long time ago. It is a ‘garçon’ serving his guests in the famous brasserie in the port of St. Tropez, called Senequier. It was recently restored in its old glory. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the yachts in the harbor and watch the people passing by…

Golf de Falnuée in Mazy (Belgium)

Over the last days I have been painting the Golf de Falnuée, a finely restored "chateau ferme" or castle farm, dating from the 13th century and that is set in a beautiful and historical scenery.  
The place is truely superb and it was fun painting it.

A painting of Cambria 1928 is on show and for sale in the pavilion during Les Voiles de St. Tropez in the stand of ‘La Vieille Mer’. Walter Wolkowicz, the owner of ‘La Vieille Mer’ marine antiques store, will be glad to help you.
